Transparent and Reliable. The Architect shall give such periodical supervision and inspection as may be necessary to ensure that the works are being executed in general accordance with the contract, but constant supervision does not form part of duties undertaken by him. The Architect has no liabilities whatsoever for any part of the works not designed by him or not under his responsibility or which have not been constructed under his supervision. The bills for the fees of the Architects shall be paid within 15 days’ presentation. Scope of Work Taking the client’s instructions and producing sketch design indicating the interrelations for approval. Preparing preliminary drawing, i.e., plans, elevations, section, etc. adequate to explain the general planning, including general specifications. Preparing submission drawing if required for approval from local authorities. Preparing detailed working drawings, specifications for such particulars as may be necessary preparation of bills of quantities and detailed estimate.
